I had an issue with a previous installer who assembled my swing set/play set incorrectly. The set was installed with loose and missing parts. It was assembled uneven with large gaps in several areas. The whole set was visibly not level with a 6 inch difference from one side to the other. It had to be prompt up on blocks to level it out. The installers were unable to stake down the set due to the fact it was so uneven and it was clearly unstable and not safe for use. My Brother LLC responded to my service request promptly and came out the very next day. Communicated what time they would show up and even messaged me when they were on the way. They showed up on time and were very professional. They gave me two options to fix the issue of the set being so uneven. Let me know that they could trench out part of the yard so the set sat level, move it over to a more even area of the yard or they could do a little of both. I chose to have the set moved over slightly so they would not have to dig to much to level it out. They proceeded to get to work promptly. Confirmed with me the location before digging. They even made sure I was perfectly happy with the location and ensured me they would move it until I was completely happy. They moved the set and trench it so the set was level. They used several levels in multiple spots on the set to make sure the set was level. After leveling they proceeded to spend several hours looking over the whole set, straightening, tightening, replacing missing bolts, and finally staking it down properly. They were extremely fair in their pricing. They even told me how much they would normally charge to assemble the set and they were definitely cheaper then the other installer that messed up my set originally. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the work these guys did. My only regret is that I did not find them first. I will be recommending them in the future and using them for other projects that I have.
