Rupert and his team came in after some work had already started on flooring which was unsatisfactory. He evaluated the progress and recommended next steps. Furthermore, I’m OCD and recognized that immediately. It can be challenging to come across someone who has the soft skills to recognize how particular someone can be and he helped ease my worries on the flooring by having his team take ownership of the job. Needless to say, the flooring came out beautiful and basement is almost ready for final inspection. I will definitely hire Rupert and his team for flooring in the main levels of my home. THANK YOU!!

I needed old flooring removed and LVP installed throughout my entire townhome. The salesperson Jake was incredibly thorough and he answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I received quotes from Lowe’s and Costco, and they beat there quotes by over $5k. The quality and speed of the work was incredible, and Jake never made me feel pressured. I absolutely love my floors, and I’ve already recommended them to two of my colleagues. I accepted their estimate on a Thursday and my floors were done less than a week later.

Colorado complete flooring did an amazing job. As a woman it was such a relief to be listened to and not taken advantage of with this project. I had already purchased flooring from Home Depot and was told to return it because they could beat the price on it. I ended up saving $1000 on flooring and getting a better product! They were able to come the next day and install in a couple of hours. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not Charge extra fees for removing and hauling away Carpet. We also sell flooring if you are looking to purchase flooring and installation!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a in person appointment for a free estimation. Second we send out a invoice and with approval of the estimate from the customer, we will contact the costumer for a date for installation and usually have the job done within a day.
