I have a 1600 sqft home with three levels. Dan demo'd all the carpet and replaced it with #2 red oak. It looks fantastic. He was great to work with and the whole project came in on time, at the estimate's cost. He was very fair and did a great job.

I hired Hardwood Floor Solutions to add new hardwood floors to existing hardwood floors (replacing carpet) in addition to refinishing the floors that were already in place. They did a great job and were professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Dan is a fair and ethical business owner who has makes the client's satisfaction top priority and Jeremy is a skilled craftsman in wood flooring and approached the job with quality and attention to detail in mind. I love my new wood floors and would recommend Hardwood Floor Solutions.

The floors turned out amazing. Prices were fair. Has crews in house. Dan was great. After sanding we switched the scope of work and added a room. Still completed on time for move in. Highly recommend.

Our floors turned out amazing! We had a tricky project - refinishing outdated oak floors, fill in some gaps, and putting in new flooring on other levels. The team made everything match perfectly! You cannot tell the old vs new flooring. It looks amazing. The team was also punctual, great with communicating with us, and completed the project very quickly at a fair price. I would definitely use them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request, I contact the customer and arrange a time to go measure the floor area being requested. I provide an estimate on the spot verbally, and then provide a written quote. If the customer choses us we select a date for the work to begin, a contract is provided and half down is collected. The other half is due upon completion of the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience and have also been educated in different products in order to better help their clients understand their choices.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whichever company you choose, make sure they have liability insurance and ask for references of recent work. Also, remember that the cheapest product may end up costing a lot more in the long run.
