We looked at 4 flooring companies and chose Urban Design because of their competitive price and knowledge of what needed to be done. They came when they said they would, finished the project on time and gave us floors that were exactly what we wanted. They also did tile in our bathroom. We could not have been happier with the result. Highly recommend them

Asmir and his team did an excellent job. They came out same day for an estimate and the job only took two days. The floors look beautiful! I will definitely recommend them as the #1 floor guys!

We have been doing a lot of home-improvement lately and dealing with many different contractors. Asmir and his crew have BY FAR been the best to deal with in every aspect. They are responsive and quick to reply. They give you realistic time frames. Asmir communicates really well, whether it be via phone, text or email. He's very organized and his billing process is streamlined and easy. We had our hardwoods refinished. They are perfect now! Our house looks like a model home now. We are so happy! I think Asmir must be a bit of a perfectionist because I can't find any flaws in the floor or the surrounding trim. I recommend them without hesitation!

If you're looking for someone you can trust to install/refinish your hardwood floors and/or install tile or engineered floors, Urban Design is a company that you can truly trust.  When another hardwood floor company ruined my floors, Asmir (owner) more than made up for their incompetency.  Asmir walked me through the process with knowledgeable expertise and made some valuable suggestions.  He did everything he could to accommodate my ASAP schedule request.  The tile workers were on time, professional and did an incredible job on the three rooms they installed.  James, the hardwood installer/finisher, was early every day, extremely personable, and an overall hard worker.  The 1000 sq ft of hardwoods he installed and refinished came out beautifully.  We also had engineered floor installed throughout our basement, and we couldn't be happier with James' installation.  Overall, I would rank Asmir and Urban Design with an A+ and would recommend them to anyone.
