I am a Certified Master Inspector. I am also certified by three different national training facilities for home inspection. All together, I have 21 different certifications, with six years of experience in the real estate industry, as well as 10 years of construction experience.
Some of our certifications include home inspection, commercial inspection, mold testing, radon testing, and infrared inspection. In addition, we are fully trained in the art of sewer inspection. We include thermal imaging of the problem areas in the home as part of our inspection. Other companies often charge you for this type of inspection as an additional service.

Was purchasing a newly constructed home in Arvada and Nate did the inspection prior to closing ...the inspection gave us some insite on item builders don't always expect...sewer roofing and more that were added to the builders punch list. All items were addressed and Nate came back after repairs to confirm all the repairs were completed by the builder. Highly recommend Safe Investment Home Inspection. Even when purchasing new construction getting an independent inspection is well worth time and money

We were very pleased with our inspection by Safe Investment Home Inspections. Jeremy was very thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time at the scheduled day/time and was happy to answer our numerous questions throughout the inspection. He was proactive in pointing out items to us that he later included in his report - which was delivered in a very timely manner, and was comprehensive with photos and detailed descriptions. He also helped prioritize a punch list for contractors as well.

We hired Safe investment Home Inspections for a home inspection in Lakewood Colorado. Nathan came out in record time, and blew our minds with his knowledge. I have never seen an inspection report like this, as I have bought 5 different homes. The thermal imaging was so amazing. He wasn't the lowest priced, but we are glad we picked him! The Radon test was dropped off the same day, and the sewer was inspected as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Our inspection was for a new build; Chad adapted his approach slightly and did a Great Job. He arrived early, was professional, had a good eye for detail, and quickly put together a great report we were able to use the next day with the builder. Highly Recommend.
