- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is strictly by the hour and depends on the size of your move. It's important to know how many bedrooms, square footage, if you have any very heavy items such as a piano, safe, gun safe, pool table, etc. No move is too big or small, we just need to know so we can make the right recommendations. We have pricing for small one bedroom or studio apartments to large mansions. The price goes up as determined by how many trucks are needed and how many men. Typically you are better off paying a bit more for more men because it speeds up your move dramatically. Give us a call for a free no-obligation quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is regularly trained in the newest technologies and techniques available in the moving industry. Our company recently upgraded all our Safe Moving Equipment. We purchased and Ultra Lift and our entire staff attended the training and demonstration of this amazing Gun Safe and Large Safe Moving Lift.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My background is in data and customer service and Moving Services was a perfect fit.
