While working on the repair, he also noticed that a previous plumber had used a metal elbow/joint piece between sections of PVC on the drain line. He went above and beyond by correcting that work and replacing it so the drain line is now properly connected with all PVC. He didn’t even charge extra for fixing it. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to do the job the right way."See more

I hired him and he replaced and outdoor water spigot and replaced sump pump and added an alarm. He was very pleasant, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend. And I might add, I thought he was very reasonably priced!"See more

Gerardo was responsive, knowledge, helpful and patient especially on which tankless for my needs plus some. Work was clean, effient and $ met value and he even removed my old 15gallon water heater! He caught some maintenance pieces that I was unaware of and remmended reasonable options for concerns I had (like descaler for the tankless). He brought an extra hand and were SO professional with my 2 other projects going on (one project was a little longer, one was earlier and they call converged). OneNation showed me all of their work, let me know what maintenance and when and how streamlined they made all the repiping. I would definitely recommend OneNation and will use for future projects. I'll upload pics once mt house settles down."See more

Rob the owner was quick to reply to our request we made that night and had someone out to look at our unit early that morning. I would give our technician 10 stars if I could, he gave us a 2 hour window and let us know when they were 30 minutes away. He was quick to find the problem and the solution and explain everything during the process. The quality of their service was excellent and they were transparent about cost, not to mention they are a small run business with the kindest people. I would highly recommend!"See more

In addition, came up with some mumbo jumbo theory or story about pipe diameter which in fact is not the problem. In conclusion, they charged me $408.25 for a misdiagnosis. This company should not have charged me if they did not know. However, they did issue a refund for the diagnostic fee."See more

On Sunday, our hot water heater started leaking. With Thanksgiving company on their way and a snowstorm rolling in, needless to say we were desperate to get our hot water back as quickly as possible. Another plumber came out Monday, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us an outrageous price for the repair. I began calling other companies, but given the snowstorm, was finding it difficult to found someone who could come out right away. Tuesday morning I called Corey at Northern Colorado Residential and my mind was immediately set at ease. Their Thumbtack reviews did not lie - these guys are straight shooters, honest, efficient, and a breeze to deal with. Corey and his team came out despite the snow and fixed our water heater for a little over half of what the other guys wanted to charge us. He was also educational - he walked my husband through what he was doing so that if this happens again in the future, we now know how to fix it ourselves. All on short notice, and all for a reasonable price. We are so relieved and thankful to have this problem solved just in time for the holiday. Thank you Corey!!

I don't normally write reviews, however, I have to take the time to give Bob and Jackie the recognition they so well deserve! If you are looking for HVAC, or all around maintenace work, please give Quinn Mechanical a call. You will be glad you did. Bob and Jackie are both very professional, personable, timely, clean, conscientious, hard working, very good at what they do, and ALL at a reasonable rate. My water heater decided to give out in a very weird way... Bob took the time to explain to me what was wrong, possible reasons for why the problem occurred, and all options available to fix the problem. There was no pressure to proceed in any particular direction, and Bob was willing to share his professional opinion when asked. Once I decided on how to proceed, he kept me informed of the progress as things went along, showed up right on time for the actual repair, didn't charge me for the original assessment, and was able to complete the repair ahead of schedule. What I really like about the work Bob did is that he worked with my goofy schedule, he is very knowledgeable about his trade and he is a perfectionist. For any of you out there with that tendency of your own, I'm sure you appreciate this same quality in others. Thank you Bob and Jackie! It's so nice to have hot water again! Linda
