- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and easy to understand. Alpine Maids charges a flat rate fee for every type of dwelling. Whether a 1 bedroom apartment or a 5 bedroom, we have a flat rate fee based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Prices or Jobs would only be affected if there is an obvious cleaning problem/situation that arises when our maids arrive, which is pretty much limited to hoarding and post wild-party cleanups. ; )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Alpine Maids provides upfront flat rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms in your home, with 60 second online booking, and secure payment via our website alpinemaids.com. We will get an experienced 2 person team out to clean your home any time you want. We come equipped with the highest quality products to use in your home, but If you have specific products that you prefer to use on precious surfaces such as counter tops or floors just leave them out for your cleaner and theyll substitute our normal products for yours. Please respond to your booking email with any special instructions for your home. Special instructions only need to be given one time before they are entered into our records and will be added to a checklist made specially for your home each time you request a cleaning. Alpine Maids was founded with the intention of providing easy to use and high quality cleaning services. We found most maid services to be a hassle to deal with, in terms of having to get a quote (wait up to several days) then booking the cleaning (wait another few days). It was just too much of a hassle! Our solution is fast and simple online booking and flat rate pricing. You can go to a website, pick your date and time, pay online and then go back to what matters most in less than a minute. What's most important to us is delivering an exceptional customer experience. We view each contact with you as an opportunity to build a customer service brand.
