- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are based on home size and information provided by customer. If the residence has more than expected please discuss with us so we can provide a better estimate. Also, please note that one time cleanings take longer as we do deeper work, price will be slightly higher than what’s estimated on the website.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is highly advised that clients provide full details of their home regardless of what is getting cleaned. For example, if you’re home is 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, you must add this to your description even if you only need 1-2 bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned. A home this big takes more time to clean even if only half of the bedrooms are being cleaned. This home is still 2-3 floors to get to whereas a 1 bed 1 bath home is only one floor. Please consider this when requesting cleaning services.
