Every home is different, so I provide an honest estimate before starting and make sure the customer knows exactly what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs and expectations.
Then I ask a few quick questions about the home, cleaning priorities, and any special requests.
Before arriving, I confirm the appointment time and what’s included in the cleaning.
On the day of the service, I arrive on time, do a walkthrough if needed, and make sure we’re aligned.
After the cleaning, I check in with the customer to guarantee everything is spotless and they are 100% satisfied.
