Introduction: We are a couple, Cinthya and Luis, with more than 15 years of experience in cleaning hotels, offices and homes. In our home country, we constructed a hotel and restaurant, growing it with the highest standards of service and cleanliness into a successful ecotourism business, now run by our children. We started Dream Clean to provide customers in Colorado with a better service, at a better price, delivered by hard-working women earning fair pay. Too many cleaning services are either large companies exploiting Latin American women through extremely low pay, or new independent services that are not professionally managed to ensure high and consistent standards for their customers. We are responsive in our communication, protective of the trust and confidence to step into your home, efficient with crews of 2-3 cleaners on each job, and committed to exceeding your expectations in every way. Our team is recruited among women we have worked with previously, thoroughly vetted for business and worker requirements, and selectively invited to join as co-owners of the business.
