- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing similar to most of our competitors, based on number of rooms and extras like windows, fridge, oven, etc. We will not be the cheapest service you can find on Thumbtack. However, we have added to our team of employee-owners and offer new customers a discount if you book with us the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a quote and set an appointment time for your first cleaning. We hope it is the first of many opportunities to serve you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning in Costa Rica for the tourism and hospitality industry. My husband and I eventually opened our own hotel, and I managed the operations, earning our reputation for cleanliness, service, and quality. As more families passed through Costa Rica en route to the United States, I wanted to help. We left our business and family to move to a city that we love, Denver, and partnered with Gateway Harbor to launch Dream Clean.
