This is a very skilled team of house cleaning professionals. They came prepared. Their equipment was clean, down to a fresh vacuum cleaner dirt trap. They got to work right away. The apartment was fresh and move-in ready. The floors and carpets were fresh again. This is because of the special process they follow to lift dust and dirt that accumulates over time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and appliances were well dusted. I will be asking this team back to help me keep my apartment well kept and fresh. If you’re looking for a basic surface clean they would be efficient fine for that job. If you’re looking for a deep clean with attention to details, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. This was a move out/in deep clean and despite specifically requesting the inside of cabinets and the oven/range to be clean, it’s clear that they either didn’t do that or did not actually look at what they were cleaning. I’ve found an obvious sticky substance on a visible shelf inside a kitchen cabinet, and the range top is still greasy.
