- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is custom based on the following factors - service type (deep clean, standard clean, move-in/move-out clean), # of bedrooms/bathrooms, home sq ft, condition of the home, extras such as appliances, windows, laundry, etc. We do offer discounts for recurring cleans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will conduct a short call with the client to understand the scope of the project, current condition of the home and priority areas as well as any other requests, then we will schedule the day and time to perform the clean. Should the client be home during the clean we ALWAYS request a walkthrough before the cleaner leaves to ensure that we have exceeded your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are background checked and insured with a minimum of 5 years experience in residential cleaning
