- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on home size, condition, and the type of cleaning (standard vs deep vs move-out). Every quote is transparent with no hidden fees. We offer discounts for weekly or biweekly recurring services and for seniors and first-time customers. If a home requires extra labor due to heavy buildup, we’ll let you know before starting — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few quick questions about the home size, number of rooms, and any specific areas you want us to focus on. Then we provide a clear quote and help you choose the right type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/out, etc.). On the day of service, we arrive on time with all supplies, walk through the home with you to confirm priorities, and get started. After the clean, we make sure you’re satisfied and answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All team members are trained in proper home cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe chemical usage. We also train for detail work like baseboards, stainless steel polishing, wood floor care, grout cleaning, and organization. I personally oversee quality control to ensure every clean meets our standard before a home is considered finished.
