Change of heart, after a long conversation. I did start off giving a poor review because of the info & pictures our renter was relaying to us, after hiring this cleaning crew to clean our rental house, but after speaking with Barbara on the phone & discovering that the renter in the home may have truly been repeatedly impeding their work & trying to instruct them on what did & didn’t need to be done, and changing the tasks I had given them, & apparently even trying to fire them without my knowledge or permission at one point, I now believe they were just trying to clean a home the best they could in a timely manner.
After speaking to the renter several times, who denies the claims of what happened, I do now have multiple reasons to believe the cleaning crew is not lying about it all. While I had no choice but to use a different cleaning company to complete the remainder of the cleaning because of the unrealistic demands of the renter, I do wish I had been able to simply use them to complete the cleaning, as they were hoping to do and really did want to complete. These situations can be tough & I wish we had some better communication about what had happened during the cleaning job, but I have no doubt that Barbara is a good person & truly does a good job under the right circumstances. I’ll glad we were able to resolve the issue over the phone & that she cared enough to do so.

I have never seen my home so clean. We hired this service with 2 days notice before moving out and leasing to tenants. The house was immaculate and they got stains out of things I’d been working on for 3 years. Clear, professional communication and updates. Easy billing. Will hire again!

She was so nice and did everything in her power to make our apartment ready for move out. She even called someone in the middle to bring a product for one of our really tough stains. We’ll definitely be using Pure Koran for our new house! Thank you!

I am so grateful we found Barbara on Thumbtack. The reviews were helpful, and the scheduling was easy. Barbara did a professional job of updating me on her arrival and completion times. She and her coworker did an exceptional job cleaning our townhouse. She even removed a stain on the bathroom tile we thought was permanent! Payment was easy. I was in a huge bind. Was just simply too tired after my move to clean my previous home by the deadline. Pure Klean was the first to respond, was affordable and Wow!!!!! It was cleaner than when I originally moved in! So grateful for the help. Tip them big, they certainly earn it.
