We were having company from out of town and my wife wanted help in cleaning the house prior to their arrival. I hired Reliable Cleaning Services LLC to assist and I am sure glad I did. They were the best cleaning service I have ever hired. Two ladies arrived and cleaned continuously for close to three and a half hours. The house has never been cleaner. They were extremely thorough, getting to areas most cleaners i have hired ignore. The true test was that my wife was extremely pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Let me start by saying the workers themselves can actually clean and do a good job. However, my experience was that the pace felt slower than necessary, almost as if the goal was to use all of the quoted hours even when the work could have been completed sooner. I also noticed they spent time cleaning additional areas that I did not request while missing some of the items I specifically asked to have done. My recommendation would be to clearly repeat your priorities and confirm expectations before they begin. Unfortunately, I also had an issue after the service where my microwave stopped working properly. It appeared something may have been sprayed near the keypad area, and afterward the keypad no longer functioned. I attempted to contact the owner to discuss it and resolve things fairly, but I did not receive any follow-up communication. Use this company at your own discretion. I believe communication and attention to requested details are important, especially for a professional cleaning service. I also generally expect a highly rated company to deliver a more consistent experience. But they’re not a full 5 stars that should’ve been a sign that something is a miss.

Norma was amazing! She was on her own covering a deep clean of a 1200 sq ft 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. She was on time, thorough, and was able to finish by our requested time so we could make it to our afternoon appointment. Would have her back again in a heartbeat! The team supporting the operational efforts of booking (and rebooking) were accommodating and responsive. (And even helped translate a bit at the start of things).
