Reoccurring service includes but not limited to:
-Sanitize of all surfaces
-Dusting of all surfaces including light fixtures, fans, baseboards, shelves etc
-Underneath all furniture (moving of furniture if necessary)
-Outside of all appliances, inside microwave
-Bathrooms top to bottom, including grout
-Kitchen, exterior of all appliances plus cabinets
-Living spaces; all surfaces
-All floors and carpet
Deep clean:
-Ceiling fans, light fixtures
-Door frames, doors
-Light switch plates
-Baseboards
-Interior windows/sills and tracks
-Exterior kitchen appliances
-Interior exterior oven, microwave, refrigerator
-Bathroom sink, toilet, tub/shower top to bottom
Grout
-All floors vacuumed and washed

I hired Sweeping Beauty House Cleaning LLC for a move-out clean, and they absolutely delivered.
They sent Diana, and she did an incredible job. When I say the place is spotless, I mean it looks like no one ever lived here. Floors are spotless, the kitchen is pristine, the bathroom is flawless, and even the small details most people miss were handled. No dust, no residue, no streaks anywhere.
Move-out cleans can be hit or miss, especially when the place has been lived in hard, but this was done right. Thorough, professional, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their work.
