- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes cleaning utilizing our 44-point cleaning checklist found at TidyTask.com/cleaning. Discounts up to $80/clean available to recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect over the phone to book initial cleaning, answer any questions, and go over what to expect. After your first clean you will be contacted within 48hrs for feedback, to confirm if you liked the cleaner you worked with, and to check in on future cleaning schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every TidyTask cleaner is hired with previous cleaning experience, passes a comprehensive background check with no criminal history, and completes TidyTask "7 Rules of Cleaning" Training.
