Dave T. says, "Hector came to take measurements for the single bowl, undermount sink. It was tight, but he was confident that it could be done. Alex and Angel came to do the install and were right on time, worked well with one another to get the sink installed with little room to spare. They were very respectful of the work that needed to be done in the kitchen and left no trace of the work after they were completed. They had to cut the granite countertop to match the size of the undermount sink and the work was done perfectly. The only difficulty I had wasn't of their making but of the accessories that I purchased with the sink. The sink drain that I purchased had a narrower diameter than the existing sink drain. The new sink drain for a fitting a garbage disposal didn't come with a ring clamp, so I tried using the ring clamp that I had and it didn't work, forcing me to reuse the sink drain for the garbage disposal instead of the new one that I paid for. As I said, this was not a Granite Innovations problem, but one needs to be mindful when changing out the sink to be sure that the new drain will work."See more
