Terrible! Do NOT hire! This man came over with someone to set up my Murphy bed and they drilled through the bed so now it's going to cost me add dollars to get this fixed. On top of that they drilled so far that it damaged my floors! DO NOT HIRE! I am trying to work with thumbtack to get them to pay for all the damages! I need new flooring and I need a new Murphy bed which the original cost $4K!!!

I am sorry you had to go through this. My worker didn’t perform. However, you didn’t pay me for my time and I asked that you respect my business because you did the job before we got there and all we had to do was lift the bed up. Also I didn’t appreciate you calling me out of my name. Have a great day! We used your tools. Clearly wasn’t the right way to go.
