The last time my house was painted was 2004. The back of the house faces west and has no protection against the harsh Colorado sun, so it's been in pretty bad shape for a long time. After some much-needed repairs, Leo Rodriguez and his team from Lone Star Painting did a fabulous and meticulous job of sanding the entire house, especially the west side to ensure it was smooth enough to prep and paint. They also painted the black wrought iron railing on the front porch because it was old and dingy looking. The attached photo doesn't do it justice, but it looks brand new! As you can see from the before and after photos of the west side, the job Leo and his team was phenomenal. Fortunately, the rest of the house wasn't this bad! I would highly recommend Leo and his team. They worked really hard to bring back life into my little bungalow that I've loved for years! I won't wait another 18 years before I repaint - LOL!
