Mike and his team at Painter1 did an excellent job on an interior whole house painting job for us. The were fast and the quality of the work was solid. They even came back on the holiday to make a few final touchups and ensure our move in date was achieved. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his crew are super friendly, attentive, and do a real nice job. Pricing was reasonable. The builder grade agreeable gray had grown dingy and needed a refresh - we opted to go darker this time around. A sizable portion of our interior living space was painted and we could not be happier with the outcome!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our no obligation estimates are free of charge. Active and veteran military receive a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give exemplary customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, message back, or text asking how you would prefer to communicate. You can tell us about your project and if we are a good fit we will work with your schedule to set up a free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home and family. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will consult the calendar with you and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We strive to gain your 5 star review and we will take care of your project from start to finish to earn that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting and remodeling homes for the past 30 years. I hold a trade contractors license, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, and belong to the Painting Contractors Association.
