We feel so lucky to have found Randy and his team. Our friends used them for some home upgrades (paint, wallpaper and carpentry, to name a few) and they raved about working with Randy. In my experience, it’s been hard to find contractors and others in the field who are reliable and communicative, so I jumped at the recommendation.
Randy was responsive, friendly, and helpful from the start. His prices are great, and he and his team did impeccable work. Randy and his team came and sanded our deck removing a lot of the old stain. Then using Sherwin Williams stain color that we picked out.
They did a beautiful job. We are so pleased with Randy and his team were looking at using them to paint our kitchen cabinets.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very negotiable and very forthcoming especially if all information is provided;I.e. square footage, and types of surfaces needing our provided service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer we schedule a time to give a free estimate. Then when scheduled, we arrive at the customers place and we typically take a general walk through the destined area of the desired project. We make measurements and take notes. Of course if dimensions are provided before the scheduling of the free estimate, we can give you a better estimate through the messaging service. After a general price is discussed we will take all our notes and put together a bid packet and either email it or hand deliver it to our customer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started helping a friend doing some stain work and became very fond of the whole process of putting the final touches on any project. Since then paint has become a passion of mine.
