Manny did a tremendous job on our exterior painting this fall. We have a large 2-story home with a walk-out basement on a steep hill, as well as a large deck with many spindles and railings, so needless to say, not an easy job. From the estimate to the completion of the work, Manny was enjoyable to work with. He was a great communicator, giving us a summary of work completed at the end of each day. He also made sure to clean up each day. Our house looks spectacular. I highly recommend Rollin' Pros Painting. Great work and fair price.

We just recently hired Rollin Pros Painting and Emmanuel Sanchez to paint the exterior of our home, our deck, and our fence.I knew that Emmanuel worked by himself, but I had watched him paint another home in our neighborhood, and was amazed at how much time he spent doing a great job on their home.Emmanuel did just what he said he would, and just what I asked him to do.I am a picky "List" kind of guy, and he put up with me throughout the project with a smile on his face.He was told how important our pup was to us, and that he had to make sure that the gate was shut at all times, and he kept our dog safe.His work is impeccable !!!His attitude is excellent !!!His work ethic is as good as I've seen !!!He respected our yard and our home, and cleaned up perfectly everyday and at the end of the job.I would highly recommend Rollin Pros Painting LLC, and Emmanuel Sanchez to anyone !!!

Emanuel did an amazing job on our complete exterior repaint . From the power wash, to the prep work , to th the masking off, to the painting we were 110% satisfied. Bonusdoes Emmanuel ever do the best lines on the paint where trim meets siding or doors, just Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Also Emmanuel communicates with his customers & if wind or rain occurs He calls you & advises when he can properly paint rather than you call him & ask where are you!We upgraded to the higher quality paint(Sherwin Williams Emerald & glad we did)Happy to say Emmanuel is highly recommended by us.

Emmanuel was very personable, professional and accommodating. He did a superior prep job. His price was very competitive and he used the highest quality paint. He finished the job in a timely manner.
