- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair market pricing and use a flat quote pricing structure. Smaller projects can also be billed hourly if agreed upon between us and the client. For larger jobs we require a 50% downpayment before the project begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we like to come do a site visit to walk through the project with them while taking photos, measurements, and notes. We then will compile this into a free quote and email it over to the client. Once any updates or changes are made to the quote and the client approves, we can then get the project on our schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Natural State Design founder/owner, Jeremy, has his Civil Engineering degree and has worked managing crews on large scale railroad construction projects for one of the biggest US railroads as well as doing residential remodeling with his father's company throughout the years.
