The quality of his work the first time was good, and I was initially pleased. Unfortunately, after that, he became unreachable and unresponsive. He made excuses for not replying and not showing up, which was frustrating. I don’t understand why he couldn’t simply let me know he wouldn’t be available when I asked him again and again.
