I contacted them about doing a very simple (hour long job) with three bushes that needed pruning before the snow came. Two weeks and multiple messages go by with failures to show multiple times. They told me it would be a simple and quick job and never actually did it before another heavy snow, damaging my bushes. I’ll be finding another landscaper.
