I felt that GiGi was just what I needed. I was in between obtaining mental health therapy through my college, then when winter break came around, I decided that I needed something better and obtained gigis help during the break making me more aware about what routinely things I needed to focus on, how to track my habits and make myself truly appreciate the great things life has to offer.
