Going to a coaching session to work through the dark corners of my life was very intimidating. Gigi off the bat created an inviting space and she herself was vulnerable with her story and what lead her to coaching. Throughout the class she provided insight and support to work through alternative perspectives of our story to help me see what I've been through as not defining who I am but shaping where I want to be. I would highly recommend her classes and coaching to anyone no matter your story!

Unfortunately, I did not get to work with Gigi because of my finances but I can say just by the consultant; she is amazing. She listened to me and was so ready to direct me in the way to go to move forward. It wasn’t our time yet to do so. However, I recommend you work with her, her heart is in the right place as well as her mind. She is great at what she do.

I felt that GiGi was just what I needed. I was in between obtaining mental health therapy through my college, then when winter break came around, I decided that I needed something better and obtained gigis help during the break making me more aware about what routinely things I needed to focus on, how to track my habits and make myself truly appreciate the great things life has to offer. I have grown from the experience through her guidance and am happy to say that her lifecoaching sessions benefited me in numerous ways;)

I offer a free 25 minute consulation and charge by the hour after that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and am in the process of applying for my PCC through ICF.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a coach 7 years ago and decided to open my own practice 4 years ago after the birth of my 4th child.
