Jay took great care of us and the Sprinter van was great. I really appreciated his extra efforts to take care of us. When we got out at our different stops, he cleaned up and made sure our drinks stayed cold. He always told me where he was parked waiting for us and would come pick us up after a quick text. He was flexible with our itinerary and really easy to work with. I hope we get to book VIP Rides again!

The SUV was large, classy, and modern. A lot of extra details went into giving the rider the feeling of being in a limo. The driver was very friendly and went the extra mile to provide not only water, but also red bulls and rain ponchos. We will use this service again for the next concert.
