We have oils that have pain killing and anti inflammatory properties, cortisol lowering properties for stress management, some oils have immune system supporting properties that can help with cold prevention etc. Many more healing properties essential oils help with. The massage therapy profession brings much joy to the massage therapist. We love helping people and at the end of the day have much satisfaction in knowing that we helped someone and perhaps assisted in an even deeper shift of overall health because of the level of compassion we can bring and complete understanding. Believe it or not, the essential oils applied in conjunction with the massage "seals in" so-to-speak our healing goals that massage therapy alone can't do.

For more than a decade Rae has been my massage therapist. (During that time, Rae took time off from massage while managing a physical therapy company, but I switched back to Rae as soon as she resumed massage.) I have gone to dozens of massage therapists over the years, but no one comes close to matching Rae's unique massage abilities. Most massage therapists have a set massage routine and are very reluctant to change their massage routine to accommodate their client's needs; whereas, Rae will vary her massage to address the needs of her clients. Rae's techniques are so effective that I consider her massages to be physical therapy. Also, Rae's charming personality and demeanor puts her clients at ease, yet she conducts herself very professionally.
Rae's waiting area is pleasant with relaxing mood music and thoughtful lighting. Also, complimentary tea, bottled water, and hot chocolate are available in the waiting area.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Rae for massage therapy!
