Introduction: I think the depth of my love for this work is what makes me different. Attention to detail and experience shows in my presence. My truest love is Reflexology because it balances the body from the inside out. You don't have to be undressed so it's convenient to get to your feet and calves. It's a full body approach. Also Craniosacral Therapy works with a system that not many people know exist. It focuses on the skull and spinal cord flow which is a system we all need balanced. This modality is especially effective for headache sufferers, fibromyalgia pain and its symptoms. I find giving bodywork to be deeply relaxing. It's a space of safe harbor. A space for deep healing relaxation. I know most people think relaxation, even deep relaxation is some new age idea but after almost a year and a half of working with clients in my specialties, I see that deep relaxation is The Foundation of balance and wellbeing. I am honored to offer a space for this to take place.
