What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, as well as the service you choose. We offer interior, exterior, and full detailing for sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Pet hair, heavy stains, or unusually dirty vehicles may cost extra. I always confirm the price before starting so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions about your vehicle and what you’re looking to have done. Once we confirm the service, price, and appointment time, I come to your home or preferred location and complete the detail there. Before I leave, I’ll walk around the vehicle with you and make sure you’re happy with everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my experience through hands-on detailing, learning proper techniques for interior cleaning, upholstery, stain treatment, exterior washing, wheels, and vehicle-safe products. I’m always improving my process and learning better ways to get great results without damaging the vehicle.
