- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward. We list all of our packages up front so there are no surprises. Interior Detail: $179–$199 Exterior Detail: $109–$129 Full Inside & Out: $269–$309 We also offer a variety of add-ons (stain removal, dog hair removal, seat shampooing, clay bar, polishing, etc.) so customers can customize their service. The only extra fee to be aware of is for major dog hair or heavy stain removal, since those require more time and products — but we’ll always let you know beforehand. We run occasional seasonal promotions or neighborhood discounts, and repeat customers often get special offers as a thank you. At the end of the day, our pricing reflects the quality of our work: every car is treated like it’s our own, and we aim to deliver results that make the investment feel more than worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish: Booking – New customers can reach out by phone, text, or through our online booking system. We’ll discuss the services you’re interested in, answer any questions, and help you pick the right package for your vehicle’s needs. Confirmation – Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation of your appointment along with the date, time, and location. We make sure everything is clear up front so there are no surprises. Arrival & Walkthrough – On the day of the service, we arrive on time and fully equipped. We’ll do a quick walkthrough of your vehicle together to confirm what’s being done and point out any specific areas of concern (stains, pet hair, scratches, etc.). Detailing Process – We complete the full detail, handling every step meticulously — from deep-cleaning interiors to restoring shine on exteriors. We treat each car as if it were our own. Final Review – Before we leave, we do a walkthrough with you so you can see the results and make sure everything meets your expectations. If there’s anything else you’d like addressed, we’ll take care of it. Payment & Follow-Up – Payment is simple (we accept multiple methods), and we’ll send you care tips and recommendations for keeping your car in great condition. Many of our first-time customers become regulars because they see the value and quality right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At ZZ Details, our team combines both formal training and years of hands-on experience in professional automotive care. Collectively, our staff brings between 5 and 35 years of detailing experience, depending on the individual. Many of us started in the industry through professional detailing shops and dealerships, learning the trade at the highest level before transitioning to mobile services. We stay current with training in paint correction, ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and proper use of professional-grade products and equipment, ensuring that we not only deliver showroom-level results but also protect your vehicle’s surfaces long-term. In addition, our team keeps up to date with continuing education from major detailing product manufacturers, so the techniques we use are always aligned with best practices in the industry. This combination of experience and ongoing training means every car we detail benefits from both proven methods and the latest innovations in vehicle care.
