- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75/hr with a one hour minimum for mobile service calls
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have two options, I can build a quote based off a text or phone conversation, or I can come out and do a visual inspection and issue a quote then. From there, I have you sign a service agreement prior to starting any work. Payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical school for automotive technology, as well as experience in the field.
