Sando San Food Truck

Sando San is a brand new and unique food truck to Denver. Serving Japanese Sandwiches and Sushi. I am a Colorado native and have been making sushi and working in the industry for 30 years. My experience and professional career has encompassed a wide range of cuisines from American, Italian, French, Asian etc. Personal chef work is another area that I have experience with. I lived in Aspen for 18 years until recently moving to Denver. In Aspen doing 2-12 person dinners in private homes was very rewarding. The instant gratification and positive response for the work that went into delivering the service requested. I'm a well rounded chef with skills in international cuisines.
