Have mold issues? Call John with Green Home Solutions! He is a class act and one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time. Simply put, he does what he says and does it when he says he will do it. He also makes himself extremely available to answer questions whether it is by phone, email or text. Im in the process of selling my house and have needed to deal with several contractors to make repairs and improvements for the buyer. John and Green Home Solutions were the least of my concerns and I never once had to follow up because he kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will also add, not only did John move his busy schedule around so he could accommodate our closing timeline, he also took the time to field phone calls from both the buyers realtor as well as the buyer himself to explain the findings of the lab test that was completed post-remediation. Seriously?! Very few people are that professional and caring! Many thanks again to John and Green Home Solutions!

John and his team did a great job on our condo mold remediation project (see one of the attached pics). We had mold under our kitchen sink and around our bathroom tub. John was quick to respond and answered all my questions throughout every phase of the process. Additionally, and most importantly, he didn't take advantage of my naivety on this subject and only took out what he genuinely thought was necessary. There was more than one instance where I had concern about an area to which he replied that he didn't think remediation was necessary (despite it only benefiting him to say that it did need it).I highly recommend Green Home Solutions for your mold testing and remediation needs!
