- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price will be determined once I have an understanding of the time required, and number of participants attending. I also vary pricing depending on the presentation type, which often includes a workshop or roundtable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to speak about the presentation topic, in addition to confirming the time and date. My team develops a personalized contract. Once the partnership is confirmed, I spend time researching the company's strengths, leadership team, staff appreciation initiatives, and the industry. My assistant, Nicole, ensures that your company has everything you need to deliver a memorable keynote speech, including handouts which enhance the presentation experience.
