1* review because I could not leave 0*.
This moving company showed up 12 hours late (8 PM versus 8 AM), and then had to deliver the next day. Crew was two illegal Venezuelan helpers and a third person who also didn't speak English.
They ripped our couch, broke the hot tub by dropping it, lost the BBQ and broke a dresser.
They then refused to do a claim and so now I am I process of small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Also, Eugene is a complete liar.
My worst moving experience ever.
Details: 1 bedroom home • 31 - 50 miles • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload flat; no stairs or elevator
