Tim from Pro Pack moving made my already stressful move, like a walk in the park. He was on time, he was prepared and he took the time to wrap every piece of furniture and strap them down. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We offer a flat rate with no hidden fee's. Our rate is $55.00 an hour per. mover- 3 hour minimum- 2 movers min. required.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We discuss rates, to an from location of the move, how many rooms we will be moving and the bulk items a customer has. We ask that our customers put pillows and loose items in plastic bags and boxes. We explain to customer that we are equipped with 90 high quality moving pads, dollies, tools, shrinkwrap, tape and our box truck to shuttle their goods.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  15 years household moving experience specializing in interior packing, professional truck loading and unloading.
