This EXCELLENT rating is solely for the 2 guys that came to do my move. They did a great job, very professional, quickly did whatever I asked of them, if it was possible. They did an amazing job loading & arranging the furniture and boxes I had prepacked. They were extra careful with all my property. They were very hardworking without much of a break at all.
A separate rating of less than GOOD is for the company/admin . . . Whom ever is responsible for making sure this job was set up for success, it was not. The truck they were sent with was too small to accommodate all the furniture & boxes. They had to make 2 trips in order to get most of it to the new location, which I’m sure doubled my price
to over $1000. Boxes & paper for packing were not sent with the truck even though I texted the day before & was assured they’d have what they needed to pack boxes for safe travel.

They were great! We had to move into a 3rd floor walk up. They packed the truck very tight and carried all the heavy stuff all the way up. Very helpful and pleasant to work with. Thanks guys!

This experience was extremely amazing. The two gentlemen that I got for my team or attentive professional. They got so much done and so little time and there was just two of them the storage locker that they unloaded into. I’m gonna take a picture of it and put it up here so you can see how amazing it looks. It looks like something that would be in a freaking magazine. I can’t recommend this company enough and fully intend to use them for all my moving needs.

I was moving from one storage unit to another storage unit and had been getting rid of or donating items for the last 3 days and just did not have energy left to move the last bit. I was able to get a hold of Westside Moving Services on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning move. It was a bit above the estimated price but I am not a good judge of how much stuff I have. The 2 men to move my stuff were very good at moving and stacking. and listened when I wanted certain things placed last. I would definitely hire this crew again.
