The team that was sent over was professional however I think they lacked the experience when it comes to moving heavy equipment such as LG refrigerators with French doors. I chose this company over another moving company because I trusted their A- rating on BBB. When a business is licensed and has a rating of that high I expect quality service for the double price that I was paying. Should have stood my ground when my husband noticed that they were having a time getting the fridge out and he suggested and wanted to take the doors off but was told it was not needed and they could get it out. Obviously that did not go as planned and the fridge got dented somehow from leaving the house and onto the truck. I never want to overstep and watch workers doing their job but man it was a struggle. I was happy that they were able to assist moving another fridge downstairs to the basement and I even said I would pay extra for that time cause it was a last minute change but never would have proceeded if this was going to cause damage. I’m not even going to comment on the time it took when everything in my house was dissembled before they arrived and I told that to the team supervisor when she called the day prior just so it can save the movers time and they can assemble at the new house but they went overtime and we just said no worries we can assemble the rest of the furniture (bedroom set for the spare bedroom was not set up). For a team of three I really expected them to come in, start wrapping and moving all in 2 hours and spend the reminder at the new house assembling. I don’t think this was planned out very well when I sent over pictures that Friday morning a few days before the move on that Tuesday. I was expecting the best of the best but unfortunately I did not get that.
