About 6 years ago, I wanted to buy a guitar. So I went and bought a well used 1990's BC Rich Warlock. But I was very apprehensive about actually learning it. I was looking around at options for teachers and you tube videos were not helping since I knew completely nothing pertaining to musical instruments. My fingers would simply not move the way the you tube videos showed. Then I meet Woody. That absolutely changed everything. In a nutshell, he showed me training exercises and very simple movements that would allow me to move my fingers properly. Along with that, he explained the basic rules and layout of the guitar neck. I later found out that Woody has been playing most of his life. He has played the guitar live on FM radio morning shows. Woody has accompanied many bands and has stunned audiences playing solo. One minute watching him play and you will see, he is the real deal. Simply put, he is like having Eric Clapton as your personal teacher. I am not the guitar playing type. In fact I am still blown away that I can just pick any guitar and start playing it. Seriously I have no idea how he did it, but he did. I am so thankful that he helped me attain this unfathomable goal, that seemed so far out of reach for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each lesson is an hour long. I charge $30 an hour unless I have to travel. If I have to travel I charge $40 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and find out exactly how much the customer knows and what they expect to get out of the lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing the guitar and playing in bands for over 25 years.
