- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of cooking experience in professional kitchens as well as for home services. Currently, I am a culinary apprentice with the Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado as part of the American Culinary Foundation. At the age of 17, I interned at the Ms. Tootsie’s RBL restaurant in Philadelphia, PA. My range of experience includes working in universities, fine dining restaurants, hotels, and more.
