- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the complexity of the services requested, my fees are as follows: Initial consultation by phone: Free In-person assessment of dining area, kitchen layout, equipment, and menu/meal planning: $30/hour (one hour minimum) Shopping for ingredients: $30/hour (one hour minimum) All purchases will be paid for by the client. Meal prep and presentation: Formal dining experience: $75/hour (one hour minimum) Informal dining experience: $60/hour (one hour minimum) If additional servers are needed: $20/hour per server will be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have an initial phone conversation with my potential client to ascertain if my services meet their needs. The next step would be to schedule an in-person assessment of the dining area, kitchen layout, equipment, and menu/meal planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the owner and chef of an award winning, eclectic, fusion cuisine restaurant. I've created multiple intimate dining experiences. In addition, I have catered many special celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, business meetings, etc.
