- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first experience in the kitchen was growing up and cooking alongside my Grandmother. She taught me how to appreciate the pureness of ingredients. While I am classically trained, I still incorporate old-world recipes and methods from my childhood. My love of food never stopped, which is why I chose to work in the culinary industry. Cooking and food is my life; making people happy with my food is what fulfills me.
