They specialize in 4 course tasting menus with an Amuse, Bread Course, Entree, and Dessert. They also cook for dinner parties with menus customized to your food preferences, weekly meal preparation based around your diet (Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, Carnivore, Whole30, etc.), large catering events, and cooking classes. We had Chef Matt cook for our luau to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and every dish was prepared to perfection. The chef arrived right on time and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the event. It made my birthday even more special, and I couldn’t have asked for a better culinary experience. Highly recommend!

We hired chef Matthew for a bachelorette party and it was a great experience! We had a group of 10 girls and he was able to accommodate all the various dietary restrictions. He arrived promptly and it was so convenient to be able to relax while dinner was prepared. The food was delicious and Matthew & Paige took care of all the clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

We hired Chef Matt for my sister's birthday dinner, and he did NOT disappoint. We traveled to Colorado Springs from Tx, and it was our first experience with hiring an in-home chef. I can't say enough wonderful compliments about Chef Matt. From the moment I reached out to him a month prior to us visiting Colorado, he was immediately responsive, professional, and helpful. He had an extensive variety of choices to choose from for our 4 course meal. He was on time and professional, but also very friendly, fun and warm. It was 6 of us women, and we felt completely comfortable to be our silly, loud selves. We had the music going and drinks flowing while we hung in the hot tub while he cooked. When it was time to sit down for dinner, Chef Matt professionally described each course in detail and left us to devour each bite with moans and groans. Lol! Everything was delicious!! He cleaned up the kitchen after and even let us take photos with him, as well as him taking photos of us. I highly, highly recommend Chef Matt for your in-home dining experience.

We hired Matthew for a private birthday dinner for my mom’s 70th. We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. All of his menu options were fantastic and we created a menu that was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed watching him cook and explain things as he went. Everything was perfect from the appetizers to the main entree. Highly recommend Matthew for your private chef needs! It’s such a fun experience.

    Meal Prep: Rates start at $200 plus food cost for 3 meals Dinner Parties: Rates start at $58 per person plus food cost Catering: Rates start at $20 per person Tasting Menu: Rates start at $100 per person Cooking Classes: $125 per person

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will send new customers an email questionnaire that helps me get to know their food likes, dislikes, and allergies. This questionnaire is very in-depth and lets me create menus that you absolutely love!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Mostly self-taught, although I worked in restaurants all throughout college, including The Melting Pot. SERVSAFE Food Handler's Certificate. United States Personal Chef Association.
