- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm competitively priced intentionally as I want to first and foremost service individuals in need. Since I work with those in life transitions, I always consider a sliding scale for people with financial challenges. I love the work more than the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a phone call to better understand the scope and timeline of a project. If we both agree that we're on the same page, we proceed to schedule a session. If possible, I ask for the customer to send me quick photos on their phone to get a better sense of their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters of Social Work so I understand being empathetic with no judgement and carefully listening to what any one person needs. I don't need to do anything my way, it's all about the client.
