- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge $65per hour w/ a 4 hour daily minimum, garages start at $75 per hr, and travel will be charged depending on the location. These prices are subject to increase based on the job at hand. Prefer a check if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, a text or email is always a good way to begin. But I prefer to connect with my clients over the phone, to see if we’re a good fit moving forward. It’s important for all of us to feel comfortable and on the same page moving forward. Not a huge fan of automatic bookings, because it cancels out this process of connection before confirmation.
