Lucas is a great guy. I really enjoyed his company. We had a blast cleaning the garage. Lucas cleaning well I was busy telling him where to put stuff. I just can’t wait to get him back so we could work on my basement at the upstairs of my house which is a total disaster and it doesn’t bother him a bit which I like about Lucas. The only thing I regret is not getting a hold of him sooner so I would have been able to get my new car in the garage before the tree sap ruined the paint. Lucas is very personable has a good sense of humor and loves people.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Lucas. From the moment he walked in I felt an immediate sense of relief, like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
He did not just tidy up. He completely transformed my space in a way that actually makes sense for how I live every day. Everything now has a place, is easy to maintain, and feels calm instead of overwhelming. What really stood out was how intuitive and thoughtful he was. Lucas is a miracle man! I had left my patio unattended for several summers and it was unbelievably horrible. I found Lucas on Thumbtack and I just had a good feeling about him and that he could get the job done. He approached the job with kindness and lightness. He never made me feel like this was too much or that I was unrealistic in my request. He cleared off my patio, took the tarp off the furniture, cleaned off the table tops blew all the leaves, cleaned up the leaves and arranged everything for me to continue! Now it is ready to set up for a beautiful summer in my favorite summer space - one that I have not had patio for several summers now - I’m very excited to bring out my cushions and set up my grill and have my little cooking area and dining table on the patio - soon all my plants come out - it is so luscious and gorgeous when it’s all put together. I cannot recommend Lucas enough. As I told him “you make messy fun!”

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge $70 hour w/ a 4 hour daily minimum, garages Start at $80 hour and travel will be charged depending on the location. These prices are subject to increase based on the job at hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, a text or email is always a good way to begin the dialogue. But I prefer to connect with my clients over the phone, to see if we’re a good fit moving forward. It’s important for all of us to feel comfortable and on the same page moving forward.
Not a huge fan of automatic bookings, because it cancels out this process of connection before confirmation. Thank you
